Switching between workspaces

How to switch between workspaces, where the switcher lives in the dashboard, and what changes when you switch.

Updated

If your plan includes multiple workspaces, switch between them from the workspace dropdown in the top-left of the dashboard.

Steps

  1. Click your current workspace name in the top-left.
  2. Pick the workspace you want from the dropdown.
  3. The dashboard reloads with the new workspace’s data.

What changes when you switch

  • All prompts, competitors, results, and source data show the selected workspace’s data only
  • Team members and billing remain account-wide — they don’t change per workspace
