1. Create your account
Sign up at app.brandaxis.ai with your work email. You’ll land in the Free plan automatically — no credit card required. Or choose a plan to unlock more models and features.
2. Create your first workspace
A workspace represents a single project where you can track your brand, prompts, competitors and sources. Give it your brand name and your primary domain (e.g. brandaxis.ai).
3. Add your tracking prompts
Prompts are the questions you want to monitor. Start with 5 questions a real customer would ask an AI — e.g. “What’s the best tool for tracking brand mentions in ChatGPT?”
4. Wait for your first run
Your prompts run on a daily cadence. First results land within ~3-10 minutes.
