Every prompt in your workspace runs against every model your plan covers, on a regular cadence.
Default frequency
All paid plans run prompts daily. Typically starting at around 12.01 AM.
The Free plan runs prompts daily, but may reduce over time if the account becomes inactive.
Enterprise plans can request custom cadances.
What counts toward your quota
Each prompt counts once toward your plan’s prompt limit, regardless of how many models it runs against. Plan limits:

Prompt Pool
All Workspaces on a plan have a shared Pool of prompts.
eg: A Starter plan with 2 Workspaces may split their Pool of 50 Prompts 20/30.
Its up to you to manage.
Hitting the limit
If you try to add a prompt past your limit, BrandAxis prompts you to either upgrade or remove an existing prompt.
If you downgrade, you might be required to delete Prompts to match your desired lower tier plan.
