A prompt is a question you're monitoring across AI models — e.g. "What is the best CRM for startups?" Each prompt runs against all your included models on your refresh schedule. One prompt, tracked across three models, is still one prompt.

A workspace is one competitive landscape — your brand, the competitors you compare it against, and the prompts you track them all on. There's no cap on how many brands or competitors live inside a single workspace; the cap is on workspaces themselves. Add a second workspace when you're tracking something genuinely separate — a different agency client, a sub-brand you want to monitor independently, or an unrelated brand portfolio. Inside each workspace, every prompt result shows your brand alongside its competitors, so you can see exactly where you over- and under-index in any given AI answer.

Rand prices are shown for convenience using a fixed conversion we review regularly. Billing itself runs in USD through Stripe — your card is charged the dollar amount and your bank converts it automatically, as with any international subscription.

No. Your prompts, brand data, and results are never used for training. We pay full API rates to the model providers — that's part of why our unit economics have to be tight.
